ICT Assignment Policy for Students

  1. Assignment Deadlines:
All ICT assignments must be submitted by the specified due date. Timely submission is crucial for maintaining a structured learning process.

  2. Late Submission Penalty:
For every day an assignment is submitted late, 1 demerit point will be given. This will affect the student's overall conduct record.

  3. Procrastination Policy:
If an assignment is delayed by more than 1 week (7 days), the student will be required to attend a mandatory extra class to catch up on the missed work. These classes will take place on Wednesdays at 4 PM - 5 PM.

  4. Extra Class Fee:
There will be a charge of RM 70 per class for the extra class. This fee will be added to the student’s account and must be settled in a timely manner.

  5. Exceptions:
In cases of legitimate reasons such as illness or emergencies, students must inform the teacher in advance with appropriate documentation (e.g., medical certificate) to avoid penalties.

  6. Responsibility:
It is the student's responsibility to keep track of deadlines and submit assignments on time to avoid penalties and additional charges.

By adhering to this policy, students will develop better time management skills and responsibility in meeting academic obligations.
